All in one place - SPO membership terms, Shop purchases, immediate digital delivery, refunds, resource licences, privacy, cookies and copyright.
Prices, access periods, renewals and cancellation information are shown before payment.
Immediate downloads require clear consent. Faulty or misdescribed content remains protected by law.
SPO uses account, order and security data to deliver access, prevent misuse and support customers.
Individual purchases are not class, department or resale licences unless the product expressly says so.
Who provides SPO and how to contact the business.
Super PE Online (“SPO”, “we”, “us” or “our”) is an independent educational platform providing PE revision videos, flashcards, worksheets, digital resources, memberships and related services.
The basic rules for accessing and using SPO.
By creating an account, buying a membership or Shop resource, claiming a resource, or continuing to use the Site after being shown these terms, you agree to them. Separate written terms may apply to school licences, pilots, tutoring or bespoke services; specifically agreed written terms take priority if they conflict with this page.
SPO is designed for learners and educators. If you are under 18, paid features should be used with the knowledge and permission of a parent, guardian, teacher or another responsible adult. You must provide accurate information and must not impersonate another person.
SPO content is for education and revision. It does not replace official specifications, teaching, professional advice or instructions from a school, university or awarding body. We do not guarantee any particular mark, grade, qualification result or career outcome.
SPO is not endorsed by or affiliated with Pearson Edexcel, AQA, OCR, WJEC or any other awarding body unless expressly stated. Their names and trade marks are used only to describe relevant qualifications and specifications.
You must not use SPO unlawfully, bypass access controls, scrape or bulk-download content, probe for vulnerabilities, introduce malware, overload the service, create accounts automatically, abuse login codes or download limits, or misrepresent an individual licence as an institutional licence.
We aim to keep SPO reliable but cannot promise uninterrupted access. Maintenance, provider outages, security incidents and circumstances outside our reasonable control may temporarily affect availability. We may make reasonable changes needed for security, law, compatibility or service improvement.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence. Nothing limits statutory consumer rights. Subject to those protections, SPO is not responsible for indirect or unforeseeable losses or outcomes that were not a reasonably foreseeable result of our breach.
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Consumers elsewhere may also benefit from mandatory protections and court rights available where they live.
↑ Back to topHow Free, Plus, Ultra and institutional access work.
The exact price, currency, billing period, renewal status, included features and any minimum commitment are shown before payment. Stripe or another identified provider processes payment. SPO does not store full card numbers.
Where a membership renews automatically, checkout will say so. You can stop future renewals through the billing portal where available or by contacting us. Cancellation usually stops the next renewal rather than retrospectively refunding a completed access period, except where the law or an agreed remedy requires otherwise.
We may improve, replace or retire individual resources and features. Material changes to recurring prices or core paid access will be communicated before they take effect where required. Existing consumer rights relating to paid services remain unaffected.
↑ Back to topHow products are described, delivered and protected.
Each product page should state the title, description, price, currency, intended audience, file format, approximate page count where relevant, licence type, whether Ultra access is included, and any material compatibility or usage requirements. Images and previews are illustrative; the written description controls.
The total price is shown before an order is placed. Purchases and claims are linked to the verified email used for the transaction. Check that the email is correct before payment. A payment is not complete until the provider confirms it.
Delivery normally takes place by adding the resource to My Downloads and providing a protected download. A confirmation may also be sent by email. Contact support if access does not appear after a successful payment.
Many resources are PDFs and require a compatible browser or reader. Other formats are identified on the product page. Unless expressly stated, purchases do not include physical delivery, printing equipment, third-party software or editable source files.
A product marked “Ultra included” may be claimed without an additional Shop payment while the account has active Ultra access. The same licence restrictions apply. Previously granted download rights shown in an account will normally remain unless access is revoked for a valid reason such as a full refund, fraud, error or material licence breach.
Download links are protected, may expire and may be subject to reasonable rate limits. Repeated failed or excessive requests may be temporarily blocked. Legitimate customers who encounter a limit should contact support.
We may stop offering a product to new customers. Existing purchasers will normally retain access through My Downloads. Access may instead be replaced, corrected or refunded where continuing delivery is impossible, unlawful, insecure or inconsistent with third-party rights.
↑ Back to topChange-of-mind rules are separate from rights when content is faulty.
For paid digital content supplied immediately, we will ask you to expressly request supply before the end of the 14-day cancellation period and acknowledge that the change-of-mind right is lost once supply begins. If the required consent and acknowledgement were not properly obtained, legal cancellation rights may continue.
The immediate-delivery acknowledgement does not remove rights if digital content is not of satisfactory quality, is not fit for a purpose made known to us, or is not as described. Depending on the circumstances, an appropriate remedy may include troubleshooting, renewed access, repair, replacement, a price reduction or refund.
Check that you are signed in with the purchasing email and that the device supports the stated format. If the problem continues, email the product title, account email, order reference and a brief description or screenshot. Never send full card details or a one-time code. Contact us promptly if you believe you were charged twice or charged the wrong amount.
Email superpeonline@gmail.com. We aim to acknowledge enquiries within five working days. This service target does not limit a deadline or remedy provided by law.
↑ Back to topWhat you may and may not do with a downloaded SPO resource.
Unless the product page expressly grants a different licence, a purchase or Ultra claim gives the verified account holder a limited, non-exclusive and non-transferable right to download the resource to devices they personally use, print reasonable copies for their own study or preparation, and annotate it for their own non-commercial use.
A teacher buying an individual licence may use the resource for their own preparation but may not automatically distribute copies to a class, department or school. Classroom, department and school copying is allowed only where the product or a separate written agreement expressly grants that scope.
Without written permission, you must not share the file or protected link, upload it to public or shared storage, resell or sublicense it, remove SPO branding or notices, create a competing commercial product from substantial parts, or use it for dataset creation or artificial-intelligence training.
The licence continues while you comply with its terms. We may suspend online access while reasonably investigating fraud, security misuse or a material licence breach. This does not remove accrued consumer, refund or data-protection rights.

The data controller is GiftGuard Technologies Ltd, trading as Super PE Online. Privacy requests should be sent to superpeonline@gmail.com.

Most information comes from you. We may also receive payment and subscription information from Stripe, access information from a school administering a licence, and technical or security data from hosting and delivery systems.
SPO may send a short-lived one-time code to the email entered. We store a protected hash rather than the readable code, plus expiry, attempt and security information. A successful sign-in creates a secure session that may include an account identifier, token hash, browser information, protected IP information and creation, activity, expiry or revocation times.
We may share only what is reasonably needed with Cloudflare for hosting, databases, storage, security, delivery and transactional email; Stripe for payments, billing, fraud prevention and refunds; schools administering institutional access; and advisers, regulators, courts or authorities where necessary or legally required. We do not sell personal data.
Some providers may process information outside the UK. Where required, we rely on an adequacy decision, approved contractual safeguards or another lawful transfer mechanism.
We keep information only for as long as reasonably needed. Temporary codes and security records are short-lived; sessions are kept until expiry or revocation and for limited security purposes; account records are kept while active and afterwards where needed; and order, payment, consent and accounting records are retained for applicable tax, consumer and legal-claims periods.
Depending on the circumstances, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to receive or transfer certain information. You may object to direct marketing at any time. Email us to exercise a right; we may need to verify identity. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner’s Office.
Login codes, receipts, access notices and important account updates are service messages. Optional promotional emails include a way to unsubscribe where required.
↑ Back to topBrowser technology used to keep SPO working.
SPO uses essential cookies or equivalent storage for secure sign-in, account state, saved preferences, Shop continuation, security and reliable app-like operation. These are necessary to provide features you request.
SPO may use a service worker and browser cache to load the interface faster or provide limited offline support. Cached files can be cleared through browser or site settings. Clearing site data may sign you out.
Where non-essential analytics, advertising or marketing cookies are used, SPO will provide information and ask for consent where required. Refusing optional cookies should not prevent core account or purchase functions. Blocking essential cookies may prevent sign-in, My Downloads or saved preferences from working.
↑ Back to topOwnership of SPO content and third-party material.
Unless stated otherwise, SPO content—including text, questions, diagrams, videos, flashcards, worksheets, software, design, branding and logos—is owned by or licensed to SPO and protected by intellectual-property law.
Third-party names, logos, specifications, embeds and trade marks remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply endorsement or affiliation.
Email superpeonline@gmail.com with the material’s location, the right relied on, contact details and requested action. We may ask for supporting evidence.
↑ Back to topHow to raise a problem and how this page is updated.
Email superpeonline@gmail.com. Include the account email, relevant product or membership, order reference where available, what happened and the outcome sought. Never include full card details or a current sign-in code.
We aim to acknowledge complaints within five working days and resolve straightforward matters promptly. Complex payment, security, licensing or third-party issues may take longer. Contacting SPO does not prevent use of a statutory remedy, regulator, court, chargeback right or other process available to you.
We may update this page to reflect changes in SPO, providers, law or good practice. The date and version at the top will change. Material changes affecting an existing contract or unexpected use of personal data will be brought to users’ attention where required. Changes do not retrospectively remove rights already acquired under law or a completed purchase.
